EnterpriseSystem Customization and System Deployment

Required a comprehensive solution to address Tristar growing business. The most difficult part was the management of the trucks and drivers for the increasing number of fleet. Calculation of route and payment are the main concerns of Tristar.

Customized our flag-ship EnterpriseSystem to accomodate Tristar organization workflow. Deployed different modules in stages. Conducted comprehensive testing with the users. Provided consulting to bring the system for 'go-live'. Support operational users.

Organization-Wide PC Deployment and Maintenance

Needed to replace all PC hardware in the organization. Existing hardware are not from the same manufacturer. Caused out of control expenses in procuring replaement parts. IT management is not standardized.

Provided replacement of the existing PC using cost-efficient Dell computer. Pre-configured the system using required operating system and other software system. Provided consulting to the internal IT in workflow management and proper system documentation.

Requirement Management, System Architecture (.NET), and System Testing

Needed a team to assist IT Department in managing users' requirements. At the same time, provided assistance to allow Kalbe Farma to transition into the Microsoft .NET environment.

Set up a specialized team to handle Kalbe Farma's extensive requirements. Provided a group of system analysts, architects and testers. The software requirements, created in the form of Use Cases, were managed using IBM Rational RequisitePro. The Use Cases were transformed into a software architecture model using IBM Rational XDE for the Microsoft .NET platform.

Analysis and Design for the Customer Information System

Due to increasing complexity of the system developed and deployed by ICON+, there is a need to carefully document the existing system for maintenance and enhancement.

Provided a comprehensive analysis and design process utilizing IBM Rational XDE modeling tool. Asimetris assists ICON+ in synthesizing the requirement and model a software architecture based on the requirement.

Integrated CallCenter

Needed an integrated solution system to handle customers' complaints. The system needed to handle large volume of data with real-time capability

Provided a fully outsourced service to manage, develop and test ICON+ extensive requirement. The software system was constructed using Borland Delphi utilizing multi-tier architecture available in Microsoft Windows environment. The database system was Oracle. The project was carried out with iterative development approach to reduce the development risks.

Requirement Management and System Architecture (JAVA)

Needed a team of System Analyst to document Technical Specification in Use Cases. Portrade was building a large Port Management System with modules covering different areas of accounting and finance

Provided a consulting service to document and manage requirements in Use Cases with the help of IBM Rational RequisitePro. In order to solve the complexity and its chosen J2EE standard technology, we provided our expertise in Rational XDE analysis and design tool. The system was a web-based intranet application developed using the IBM WebSphere Application Developer (WSAD), and deployed in the IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS).

Online Workflow Project Request System (eQuest)

Siemens R&D department in Singapore required that all of their R&D development projects were made transparent to all employees. The company needed to provide an online project request system with auto-email alert; centralized development process; and built-in monitoring system for the management.

Built an intranet web solution for SIEMENS R&D offices accessible in different countries to process projects' proposals; file projects' supporting documentation; and track projects' status. Collected and managed all requirements using IBM Rational RequisitePro, and build the complete system using Microsoft Active Server Pages (ASP).
