Our Telcos Customers

Providing Governance and Standard Compliance

Telkomsel :

Application Management Workflow

Required the compliance with IT Information Library and internal software development guidelines. Standardize IT software development management and control using IBM Rational Software tools.

Provided a central repository management of all documentation in a central repository. The repository consists of all related project documentation. The documentation is accessible only from the workflow managed by the IBM Rational ClearQuest.

See the reference.

Natrindo :

IBM Rational ClearCase and ClearQuest Implementation

Requires a repository of contracts, system documentation, and tracking documentation changes. Multiple contract exists between Natrindo and its Vendors. New and additional contracts affect existing implementation work structure. A complete tracebility and history of changes are required.

Provided a consultant to work with Natrindo to provide the implementation of IBM Rational ClearCase.

Telkom Flexi :

Develop Asset Management and Business Process Automation System

Required asset management tracking and business process enablement in the organization. In order to manage the wealth of telecommunication equipment, a specialized system must be constructed to handle site construction, deployment, and maintenance of the equipment.

Provided a fully outsourced service to develop a web-based system utilizing the latest development of the J2EE standard implementation in the Tomcat and JBoss open-source systems. The new system reduced the paper work tremendously.

Telkom :

Develop Access Network Management System for the Fiber Optic Network

Telkom was using multiple application systems to manage and monitor the Element Manager Systems (EMS) from different vendors. In order to improve efficiency and performance, Telkom needed an integration of all reporting activities in a single application

Telkom provided the requirement documentation from the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). Asimetris managed the requirements; created the visual model; and developed the system. The final application was a web-based J2EE standard intranet system.

Telkom :

Develop a web-based telecommunication fault and performance network system

Needed a system to analyze incoming raw data from their switching systems in various locations in Sumatera and Kalimantan. Once the incoming raw data was processed, Telkom needed a solution that perform validation; co-rellation and filtering processes to produce coherent reports

Based on the requirements from various users in Sumatera and Kalimantan, Asimetris constructed a web-based J2EE standard system. The system provided fault and performance network system features. The system was capable of parsing raw data from Siemens, AT&T and NEC telecommunication switching equipments

Indosat (Previously Satelindo) :

Develop a web-based telecommunication fault and performance network system

Required a Call Data Records (CDR) handling system. The CDR was stored in tapes and physically transported to the head office for processing. As the number of CDR increased, manaully transporting the CDR proved to be inefficient. A new system were needed to fully eliminate the manual transfer; and at the same time provided a processing capabilities to store the data in a database system for for further data analysis.

Provided a Java CORBA-based solution. All requirements were translated into Interface Definition Language (IDL) using the Rational Rose modeling approach. The working application runs on Borland Visigenic for the Java (J2SE) platform
