company turnover. How does the EnterpriseSystem do that? First of
all, EnterpriseSystem Distribution Client integrates with your
existing front-end sales system which control your sales and
inventory system.
The integration allows the Client to access the Sales
information and the inventory at various branch offices. These
information are sent to the Head Office for data correlation
automatically (or manually, if preferred). During transmission,
data are securely encrypted to ensure that no one will be able to
modify the information.
Information of your inventory in various branches are updated
daily, or every hourly depending on your business / preference.
The movement of your inventory items from various locations of
your warehouses and branches are controlled from the Head Office.
Delivery items are tracked with the status in the system, and the
inventory movement (in/out) are recorded, giving you accurate
inventory number.
EnterpriseSystem provides inventory analysis, giving you the
"Hot Items" list and "Manager´s Pick List". When certain inventory
items reach its threshold minimum limit, EnterpriseSystem will
identify the item as a potential "Hot Item", and if further
analysis indicates that the movement of the inventory item is very
high, the system will be able to rank the inventory items that are
considered as "Hot Item".
Similarly, if certain inventory items are above the maximum
threshold limit, these items are considered as slow moving items.
Further analysis of the movement indicates that these items must
be considered as "Manager´s Pick List". This means Sales Manager
must push these products quickly through the Distribution
Channels.
