Implementation

Depending on the scope, implementation usually takes about 3 months to complete. We will assign appropriate personal to configure the system to suit the business and workflow requires in your company.

 

 

Data Migration

Usually a company either uses a written notebook or a simple system to record its financial transactions. The data in the system (either written notebook or a simple system) represents a set of working data with a beginning and ending balance. These are the information required by the new EnterpriseSystem. Specific cut-off dates are required to start using the new system with a set of beginning balance for each account.

 

 

Maintenance

Once the system is "go-live" the maintenance will provide support in terms of modification, enhancement, additional reports and other changes that were not counted for during the initial stage of implementation.
